Continuing our cram-packed summer, we had a very full June (and July and August, which is why I’m just now getting around to posting June!). I’ll try to get better, promise!
Our June started with an impromptu trip to Orlando. We knew Sam’s fam was going for vacay to celebrate Adam’s last few weeks before Air Force boot camp, but what we didn’t know is that plane tickets would be so expensive! At the very last minute, I tried Priceline and it worked (we saved at least $600)! So we booked our tickets on June 1st and flew out on June 2nd – VERY last minute, but so worth it.
Oh, I almost forgot… THIS happened before we left! Adam proposed to Morgan… and I’m not sure how I could forget since this was her favorite pose all week.
We spent some time at the pool… at Disney World… at Universal Studios… SO much fun.
Seuss World at Universal Studios – it was my favorite “area” there.
Obviously, Sam loved the ladies of Marvel.
Betty Boop (and me and Sarah and Syndi)
Character breakfast… I was probably more excited than the kids to meet all the characters, especially Pooh.
Great family vacation to start off our summer!
